Fall Home Decor Patterns
Some of us are still experiencing a heat wave but Fall really will be here before we know it! It’ll be time to put away the watermelon theme placemats and the sailboat wall hanging and replace them with your favorite fall quilts. And time to make something new to add to your collection.
Fall Glory is a two for one quilt pattern. The large Fall Glory quilt (54″ x 67.5″) and the small Acorn Trail quilt (48″ x 59.5″) are both perfect as wall hangings. You could also toss them across a couch or easy chair for snuggling under on cool autumn evenings. Applique instructions are given for both hand and machine.
Measuring just 15″ square, this small Fall Wreath really packs a punch of color. Foundation piecing makes the construction easy and precise.
With Perennial Favorites you can make a 24″ x 40″ Fall table runner and have instructions (including applique patterns) for a Christmas runner and a Spring/Summer table runner. You’ll be set for the year!
Anne Cosgrove’s book All For Fall will give you quilts to make for this Fall, and some for next Fall too. Projects include large quilts, wall hangings, pillows, table runner, table topper, placemats and more. Anne repeats many of the design elements in the different items so if you make more than one your pieces will complement one another for a beautiful coordinated Fall look.
After you check out these and other quilt patterns, look at the Vine Creek and Gobble Gobble quilt fabric collections…. they are perfect for Fall projects.
