Applique After Hours Quilt Patterns

Whether you prefer needle turn applique or machine applique, whether you are new to applique or an old hand at it,  Angela Lawrence has a pattern for you.

Glamour Girl Applique Quilt Pattern is a good pattern if you are new to applique.  A purse and a hat are appliqued  amidst the curved blocks so it’s just a little bit to get you started.  Templates for the curved blocks are also included in the pattern.  Change the colors to red, black and white, use red for the hat and this would make a perfect gift for a Red Hat Society friend!

Another quick, relatively easy one to try is Daisy Chain Applique Quilt Pattern.  Choose a wild, colorful stripe fabric and pair it with a solid (or tone on tone).  A vine of appliqued daisies finishes things off!

Are you ready for something a bit more challenging?  A Bowl Full Of Posies will provide you with lots of applique practice.  Have fun pulling different fabrics for all the pretty flowers.

Late Summer Bouquet Applique Quilt Pattern is a medallion style wall hanging that is overflowing with beautiful dimensional appliqued flowers.  If you don’t already know how, you will learn to make ruched flowers.  Impress yourself with this piece of art.

If you are a person who is partial to paisley then this Perfectly Paisley Pattern is probably perfect for you!
