Practical and Pretty Projects – And Penguins Too!

More Monday Madness . . .  an eclectic selection of projects.

Use these itty-bitty purses to give a gift of Mad Money or a gift card. Tuck a bit of jewelry or a lip gloss inside. Use as party favors for a little girl’s birthday party or for a wedding shower. Have fun with these and embellish to your heart’s content.

Brickwork is the prettiest brick I’ve seen in a long while.  Instructions are included for queen, twin and crib sized quilts.   The crib sized quilt is a “quilt-as-you-go” project.

These Pick-A-Pocket organizers come in two sizes: 20″ x 40″ and 20″ x 46″.  So many uses . . . . sewing room, home office, kids room.

Quilt Study has instructions are for 10 different miniature quilt blocks measuring 1.5″ square.  Layouts are shown for three different sizes of finished collages.

The City Bag is a big enough (11″ x 17″) purse to carry everything you need.  It has a whole lot of pockets.  This bag would also work well as a small diaper bag. Instructions include Lazy Girl’s ‘No Fear’ zipper technique.

Pattern and all fabrics needed to make this Penquin Chorus Line wall hanging are included.  All you’ll need is batting and backing.

Do you have a layer cake that you’ve been holding on to, looking for just the right recipe? Cherries Jubilee might be the one. Instructions are included for How To Sew Curves.

There are so many quilt patterns at Quilters Warehouse that you could spend hours browsing and still not see them all.  Hopefully you saw something new here today.
